The lawsuit filed in California states that it accuses Mindgeek the parent company of Pornhub of human trafficking, racketeering child pornography, copyright theft, internet hacking, stalking, blackmail and extortion. The 179-page lawsuit names 34 women 14 of whom were under the age of 18 when the videos were uploaded.
